This technique can also help you to learn something that you want to learn. I am trying to hone my psychic gifts by using a how-to CD along with this. You’ll have really lucid dreams with this! Don’t use that lucid dreaming pill that is advertised; it’s just out and hasn’t been tested yet.

I forgot to tell you: Just one and a half hours before going to bed, I take a bath and drink a glass of warm milk. That might help for you, too. I also listen to a nature sounds Cd all night while I sleep. The best is the ocean sounds!

I have found out how to get the dreams I want without the “YK"! I’ve had some really good results doing this:

First, look at something red throughout the day; I look at the red digital numbers on a clock during the commercials of my favorite TV shows. In my study of light therapy, red is supposed to treat frigidity, which I suffer from, and it has stopped me from having the dreams I want. Use only “softer” red light, like the clock. It has a dimmer switch on it.

Next, before you go to bed at night, have a light machine to look at, but “tune” it so that blue, violet, and green show up. These colors are supposed to be very relaxing and promote good dreams. Set it up across the room, turn out the lights, and look at it for 3 minutes. Then, go right up to it and stare at it, briefly.
